Placement of panels and a memory for the deceased

The last weekend of May has been very well spent.

On Saturday 29 May, a group of 15 people attended Pallerols to place a vertical signpost on the Andorra Trail.

Specifically, it is a panel that guides walkers along 4 routes that go from the church of Pallerols: to the house of Vilaró, to the cabin of Sant Rafael, to the Font de Comalpou and to the Font de Pallerols.

While a small group was working on the placement of the panel, others went to the Cabin of Sant Rafael or walked around Pallerols or prepared the lunch we had at the shelter.

After the placement of the vertical panel we will attend the mass that we will offer for the friends of Pallerols recently deceased: Mn. Enric Moliné, Ricard Estarriol and Elga de l’Ampurdanès.

Fr Norbert Estarriol, Ricard’s brother, celebrated the Eucharist. He came from Lleida for this celebration. It was attended by friends from the Barony of Rialb, La Seu d’Urgell, Artesa de Segre, Tàrrega, Andorra la Vella, Coll de Nargó, Barcelona and Lleida.

The day before, Friday 28, some of us will also attend the cathedral of La Seu d’Urgell in the celebration of the Eucharist for the soul of Mn. Enric Moliné who presided over Mons. Joan Enric Vives, Archbishop of Urgell. With him concelebrated several priests of the bishopric of Urgell and the vicar of the prelature of Opus Dei in Catalonia and Andorra, Mn. Ignasi Font. About 70 people attended.

We ended these two days with a good rib in the shelter and finally we said goodbye to the Virgin of the Roser, this May, praying a part of the rosary in the church of Pallerols.
