1.- From Girona to Andorra via Pallerols
From July 6 to 12, a group of 18 boys from Girona made the crossing from Pallerols de Rialb to Andorra. In total about 75 km and a positive accumulated elevation gain of 5,800 meters.
While we wait for your report and some photos, we are editing this news to report on activities this summer.
2.- Some friends who have visited us from central and northern Spain tell us the following:
“If you haven’t been to Pallerols yet, don’t put it off any longer… It’s a moving place: for its history, for everything it evokes, for the landscape… and for the explanations of Ramón Camats, our friendly and wise guide”.

3.- Other visitors say:
“I am very grateful for Ramón’s visit to Pallerols, Peramola, the visit to La Ribalera, etc. Without his guidance and knowledge, we would not have made the most of this visit, which had such an impact on Saint Josemaria.
It was wonderful to visit the Rectory and the place where Saint Josemaria spent the night (I was there more than 20 years ago) and to pray before Our Lady of the Rose in Pallerols.

We also visited the Cabin of Saint Rafael.

All of these places have great significance in the history of Saint Josemaria and Opus Dei.
Thank you very much for taking such good care of it, and I promise to spread the word”.
4. And Javier Rodríguez Borlado writes:
I spent a few days in Barcelona with some friends, and we decided to visit Pallerols one day. It was a truly enriching experience. We first stopped in Peramola to visit the barn where Saint Josemaría slept, and from there we continued to Pallerols. On this tour, we were guided by Ramon Camats, whose stories helped us visualize the events as they unfolded in those days of November 1937. From Pallerols, we headed to the Saint Raphael Cabin and later returned to Barcelona.
I highly recommend visiting Pallerols, but I advise contacting Ramon or a member of the Association of Friends of the Pallerols Way beforehand to make the most of the experience.
I want to express my gratitude to Ramón for all the time he dedicated to us and for making our visit even more rewarding. It was truly worth it.
