The group, in the Saint Raphael Cabin<\/p><\/div>\n

Maria Gonz\u00e1lez Le\u00f3n writes us, among other things, the following,<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are from the Gausac Association for Women, a center for university students and young professionals in Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s (Barcelona). On November 16th we were lucky enough to be able to visit the church and rectory of Sant Esteve de Pallerols, and to go up to the cabin of Sant Rafael. Some of us had already been there in previous years, and others were going there for the first time. We found volunteers from the Association of Friends of the Path of Pallerols from Rialb in Andorra who were cleaning the church to get it ready for the feast of the Meeting of the Rose.<\/p>\n

In front of the church of Pallerols<\/p><\/div>\n

Ramon told us in great detail the story of Saint Josemar\u00eda’s passage through these forests of Rialb and the anguish he suffered because he did not know if he was doing the Will of God. The meeting of a golden wooden rose in the church of Pallerols dispelled doubts and fears, confirming his decision to move to Andorra. That rose was an important sign of what had happened between the Virgin Mary and Saint Josemar\u00eda in the church of Pallerols.<\/p>\n

After visiting all the rooms of the rectory and the church and taking some photos, we ended up spending some time praying before the Virgin Mary of the Rosary, in the same side chapel where Saint Josemar\u00eda found the rose.<\/p>\n

In the area where Saint Josemar\u00eda stayed on the painful night of November 21 to 22, 1937<\/p><\/div>\n

Ramon and his colleagues from the Association of Friends of the Path of Pallerols in Rialb in Andorra fondly recalled the meeting they had a few years ago with Mons. Javier Echevarr\u00eda, then bishop and prelate of Opus Dei, who had lived with Saint Josemar\u00eda for many years. Paco asked him what kind of invocation or special patronage the Virgin Mary of the Rosary of Pallerols and Mons. Echevarr\u00eda, without thinking much, replied: \u201cthe personal path. Let us ask him for the vocational path of each person.\u201d And so we did, joining in the intercession of Saint Josemar\u00eda.<\/p>\n
